1. Calories – Cut or burn? You decide
Obviously, the first step to losing weight, either quickly or over a period of time, you reduce calories. You can consume fewer calories by eating less or burning more calories by moving your body more. The choice is yours, but if you want to lose weight fast you need to do both.

Eating more fiber helps with weight loss in many ways. First, the fiber helps you feel full so you eat less than you lose more weight. The fiber helps slow digestion of food which in turn helps regulate blood sugar in your body. Fluctuations in blood sugar may make you feel hungry and can cause anxiety, or what is good for the diet. Moreover, the addition of fiber by eating fruits and vegetables will help cleanse the intestines and colon, so that washing the stool. Drinking vegetable juice before a meal makes me feel whole and makes me eat so much. Personally, I prefer V-8 juice; versions low sodium or fruity, but the original material. It works for me all the time.

Don’t just put food in your mouth because you’re hungry. Stop to consider what you’re eating and the nutritional value it has on your overal diet.
To give you an idea of how to use these tips to boost my weight loss, I have outlined an example of a typical day of eating and exercise. Remember, this is only used for a short period of time. Using this type of diet plan would be very unhealthy for a long period of time. I know this type of plan is not ideal for everyone, but it works for me.
If I’m trying to lose weight fast usually try to keep my calorie intake to 1200 calories or less. It is not easy, but we must keep in mind the ultimate goal. Anything worth having is worth working.
I usually start my day off with coffee. I use a low-calorie sweetener and a light cream. I have about two or three cups of coffee. About 30 minutes before eating my first meal, I take a portion of a fiber supplement. I use natural fiber from psyllium husk that can be dissolved in water. If I\’m feeling especially hungry, I also drink 8 oz V-8 juice or a bowl of tomato soup 20 minutes before eating. It helps me feel full and eat less.
Throughout my days I slip into several ‘mini training sessions.’ I work at home, so I know this is easier for me than it would for someone working outside the home. Try going to walk whenever possible. If you get 15 minutes of rest and used to walking or climbing stairs. Try parking farther away from your building at work and the grocery store, if possible. When I get home to walk fast or do a short work with weights. After dinner, homework, and all you have to do in another slip walking or exercising. Sit-ups, push-ups or leg lifts during commercials. I know it will not be easy, but you’ll be glad you did. Remember, no pain, no gain.
First meal – whole wheat English muffin with egg, and nothing in the muffin and the egg can be fried with a no-calorie cooking spray.
Between meals you drink several glasses of iced tea, green. I try to consume at least three or four glasses. This helps me to keep hydrated, increase my metabolism, appetite and curbs.
Cafeteria – About four or five sticks of celery and two wedges of cheese or low-fat Laughing Cow. I especially like the herb and garlic-flavored variety.
Drink more green tea.
Meal two – A small, boneless chicken breast that has been grilled, baked or boiled. You can add herbs and spices you want. Also I have a cup of vegetable, usually broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, or squash. Remember, no butter! Season foods with herbs and spices.
Drink more green tea. If I feel a little hungry I have another cup of coffee. This seems to help curb your appetite.
At this point you may be able to hear his stomach making all kinds of external noise. I just keep telling myself that the noise I hear is the sound of melting fat and calories. Hey, do not laugh, it works.
Cafeteria – An apple, orange, banana or other piece of fruit.

If I crave something sweet chocolate or some, as a small low-fat flavored yogurt or pudding without sugar. Another option is a great snack cup shredded wheat slightly frozen. Satisfy your sweet desire while giving you a little fiberfill.
Again, this is just a sample of one of my ‘day diet.’ Not always eat this way and not always followed to the letter. Sometimes I feel very strong, have willpower and eat even fewer calories. On the other hand, there are days when I can (and sometimes do) eat everything in sight. On those days when a particular food is calling your name and you can not be quiet, eat a little of what he wants. A little, not a whole pizza or a gallon of ice cream. Sometimes this is the only way to keep yourself healthy and on track. You have to know your own body and listen. Not exceeded. Remember that your health is more important than their looks.
